Does this work on mobile?

Yes. FragScanner is a PWA — install it on iOS or Android and it behaves like a native app. Scanner, portfolio, and alerts all work one-handed.

How fast are the Telegram alerts?

Alerts are evaluated every 15 minutes when the cron job runs, and delivered via @fragscansbot within seconds of evaluation. Pro and Trader tiers get priority queue delivery.

Do you scrape Fragment legally?

FragScanner uses the public Fragment.com API for auction data — the same data any user sees in their browser. We cache results to reduce API load and refresh every 15 minutes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal at any time. Your Telegram-linked account reverts to Free tier at the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.

Do you support TON payments?

Subscriptions are billed in USD via Stripe (card or bank transfer). Portfolio values are shown in both TON and USD using live CoinGecko rates.

What about anonymous numbers (like +888)?

FragScanner tracks username auctions. Number auctions on Fragment are a separate product — we currently focus on username trading tools only.
